Amiya Faye is a small catering service providing a unique cuisine will include a small selection from a collection of some of our personal favorite meals. First and foremost it is important for you to know that we are provisioning with real fresh ingredients, nothing is genetically modified. We have a specific criteria for how we make our food and what goes in it. We implement a Levitical basis for our menu selections which are accommodating to our clean eating foodies. “Levitical”, referring to the dietary laws outlined in the Book of Leviticus that provided a set of guidelines that distinguish clean and unclean foods. The goal is to encourage and support healthy eating habits. The short Menu will be structured to accommodate vegetarians and plant based diets but will feature strong protein profile for meat eaters. If it’s good enough for us to eat, then it’s good enough to serve to you!
